Summer is right around the corner and we are so excited about Camp Ninja Beach 2019! If you're reading this, you are registered for one or more weeks of camp with us. Please read over the following information and fill out the form below. Feel free to email us with any questions. Happy camping!
The Camp Ninja Beach summer camp program is an all girls empowerment camp inspired by independent learners, self-motivated campers and a "free spirit" vibe in Huntington State Park, SC. Through martial arts, surfing, reflection, relationships and fun- we aim to help girls discover their true potential and self-worth.
8:00am Wake Up, bathrooms
9:00am Clean up living quarters and cook breakfast
10:00am Head down to the beach for SUP/surf lessons
12:00pm Lunch at campsite
1:00pm Daily activity (Atalaya Castle, Brookgreen Gardens, martial arts etc)
4:00pm Campsite down time/Beach walk/Reflection
5:00pm Prepare dinner
7:30pm Prepare for bed
8:30pm Lights Out
DAILY PACK LIST:
+ 3-5 bathing suits
+ 2-3 beach towels
+ 8 shirts, 8 shorts or bottoms (skirt or dresses are fine)
+ 3 sets of pajamas
+ Toiletries (tooth brush, shampoo, soap, etc)
+ Waterproof shoes such as flip flops, crocks or keens
+ Sunscreen (the more the better)
+ Book or card games (no technology)
+ Personal snacks
+ Hat (optional)
+ Swim goggles (optional)
+ Medium or large rubbermaid container to put all camp items in
+Blank journal and pen/markers for writing and reflection
+ Stand Up Paddle boarding and Surf lessons will be provided by Jack's Surf Lessons & Board Rentals, based out of Myrtle Beach, SC. They will also be providing a female certified lifeguard to be in the water with us in the mornings.
+ Alyssa and the mom chaperone will be with the kids during the entire water lesson.
+ Transportation will be provided by Alyssa and the mom chaperone on the way down. If your child is bringing a booster seat please let us know ahead of time so we can plan the van/SUV accordingly. All chaperones must have clean driving records.
+ Field trip costs are included in the camp fees, however if the girls would like to purchase anything from the gift shop or souvenirs, please send money for that.
+ All meals are included in the camp fees with the exception of stops on our drive to and from the beach. Please be sure to pack some cash for fast food/snacks on our drive down. We will be sure to stop at a place that everyone agrees on.
